Are Flip Flop Suites really couples only? Yes — every suite is exclusively for couples. No children or pets are permitted, ensuring a peaceful, romantic atmosphere for every guest.
Is the hot tub private to our suite? Absolutely! Every suite has its own dedicated private hot tub on your own patio with privacy curtains. You won't share it with any other guests.

What's the difference between the three suites?
How does the shared golf cart work? Every suite may reserve one time slot per day (8 AM to Noon, Noon to 4 PM, or 4 PM to 8 PM). Want your own golf cart? A private mini golf cart is also available for $59/day.
Can the golf cart be ridden anywhere? Per Emerald Isle regulations, the golf cart may only be ridden to the nearest beach access and back.
Can we check in early or check out late? Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM. Early check-in (2 PM) and late checkout (11 AM) are each $29, subject to availability.
How do we get to the beach? We are exactly a half mile from the beach. Guests can use the complimentary beach cruiser bikes or the shared golf cart to get back and forth to the nearest beach access. A private mini golf cart is also available for $59/day.
Do you provide beach gear? Yes! We provide two beach chairs, a Shibumi shade, and a small cooler (upon request). In case you forgot, we even have complimentary sunscreen and aloe.
Do we allow guests under 25? Some of our best guests have been under 25; please contact us before booking.

Do I need to bring my own linens, towels, or toilet paper? Absolutely not! We have everything you need. Just bring yourself and your clothes; we've got you covered!
Can we book a package after we've already made our reservation? Yes — packages can be added on. We recommend booking in advance to ensure everything is ready upon arrival.
